Searching building permit applications filed around an address in the canton of Geneva, within an adjustable radius of 0 to 1000 metres, zero limiting the search to the plot itself, with each application’s distance from the point searched and a direct link to its official record.
Email alerts, unlimited in number, on as many areas as your plan allows, 10 or 50. You are notified of a new filing in your area, and of the progress of an application you follow when it is approved, goes on site or is dropped.
Search and alerts are included, with no surcharge and no usage-based billing.
The building record, as an option: below your results, the heat consumption of the building, its zoning and the public-law restrictions on its plot, its heritage status, nearby works, and the PDF export. Cet outil interroge directement le Système d’information du territoire genevois, où le dossier apparaît dès son enregistrement par l’Office des autorisations de construire, souvent plusieurs semaines plus tôt.
You follow the application over time. Most services report the filing and then leave you on your own. Here, an application you follow keeps informing you through to the decision, the works and the closure. That is what matters when watching a neighbouring project, an appeal deadline or a neighbour’s progress.
You monitor exactly what you want. A whole area, or just two or three specific applications picked from a list of results.
The area is adjustable to the metre, and every result shows its distance. You tell the adjoining plot from the distant neighbourhood at a glance, without opening a map.
The price is a flat fee. Monitoring platforms usually charge per watch: two areas cost twice the price of one. Here, 10 areas are included in the individual plan, 50 in the office plan.
Better said plainly, it will save you disappointment.
Il couvre the canton of Geneva only, and building permits only. No property sales, no public tenders, no debt collection or bankruptcy, no commercial register. If you need that information, other services cover it.
It does not give the applicant’s name, nor the agent’s, nor the case documents. That information is on the official record, which every result links to in one click.
It does not replace the official gazette, which alone is authoritative, in particular for calculating appeal deadlines.
The subscription runs for 365 days from the opening of your access, not from the payment date. It is not renewed automatically: no direct debit, no card stored.
Access is individual and named on the individual plan. The office plan allows several named users within one organisation, each with their own credentials.
The prices of CHF 99 and CHF 390, VAT included, are launch prices, guaranteed for any subscription taken out before 31 December 2026. The invoice is issued by START solutions, payable within 30 days.
The seven-day trial carries no commitment and requires no payment details. At its end, alerts stop, with no further consequence.
Access is individual and named. It is opened once the request is approved and payment received, against an invoice.
